How are you measuring data quality?

We measure and monitor data quality at multiple levels and on daily basis.

1. level: Monitors data provided for all containers

2. level: Monitors milestones provided for each container

3. level: Monitors delay/latency in data availability

4. level: Monitors prediction quality

We ensure that each customer always receive the highest possible data quality and we monitor each customer’s data quality on a daily basis.

To us good data quality means consistency. Consistency in data and latency. E.g.: a ‘Gate Out Full’ will be mapped identically across all carriers.

Data quality covers multiple data points and we are even measuring the quality of our geofences.
